Taofeeq Abolaji Abdulraheem is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Islamic Law at the University of Ilorin. He has served at various departmental faculty and university committees’ levels and board representatives and currently serving as post-graduate coordinator for the department. His research interest cuts across Islamic law of contract, introduction to Islamic Law, medical law, and Islamic child health law. He has to his credit over twenty-five publications in reputable outlets covering journals and chapters in books. He has successfully supervised over fifty undergraduate students in various areas of Islamic law and co-supervised a Ph.D. thesis, Dr. Abdulraheem is a member of many professional bodies within and outside Nigeria. He is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
